Firstly, it is a detailed conversation with your doctor, careful examination and tests. This sequence of actions lets us detect individual problems of a couple. As a rule, reasons are always combined and one combination is always different from another. If necessary, among other tests we perform diagnostic office hysteroscopy and transvaginal laparoscopy (hydro laparoscopy). This procedure allows us to see a pathology in uterus or ovaries, when it is not visible via ultrasonic scanning. We are able to biopsy suspicious sectors and cure different pathologies that could be reason for infertility (for more details see a chapter on hysteroscopy).

For example, a couple comes and asserts that a problem they have is due to the husband, because his sperm tests were negative. When a true reason becomes clear, it appears that something is also wrong with the wife. This negative collaboration of reasons could prevent a couple from conceive and carry the pregnancy naturally. It could also occur, if a couple has been undergoing an IVF treatment. Only after establishing all the problems and coming up with an appropriate solution, it becomes possible to succeed.

The next step is treatment. Depending on the results of diagnostics, your doctor will provide advice on the most effective treatment. Sometimes we discuss several possible options with a patient and the efficiency of every method, trying to establish the optimal choice. If there are many options, we never offer only one.
