Premenopause and menopause (45–55 years)

Menopause is the time within one year after the last menstruation; it is the crisis point in every woman's life. Many are afraid of this period because they do not know that to expect and what will happen with them. Women lose their possibility to deliver a baby. This comes with an irregularity or full termination of menstruation. At average, this change occurs when woman is about 50 years old; however the age can vary. Usually, this period is easy to bear, but some women find it difficult to undergo climax, due to blood pressure disorders, nervous breakdowns, etc. At this age it is recommended to get full examination by your personal gynecologist each 3-6 months, including ultrasonic examination of pelvic organs and sex hormone level.

Hormonal therapy prescription is a very individual and thorough process.
